Piers the Plowman |
An awkward figure because it was not clear how to
fit it all together. In the end, I found a picture of a medieval plough on the
web. |

A group of gladiators |
A selection of Foundry gladiators. I bought one set
at full price, and shortly after bought another set for £1.00 from my local
gaming shop. As these are basically historical figures, the dwarves were
originally short humans; I added beards to make them fantasy dwarves. I know
most of the figures, including the women, are topless (see my "philosophy"
page as to why I mention this); but these are basically in the entertainment
business, so it does not seem inappropriate. And at least the proportions are
reasonable. |

Various Darkest African villagers and tribal
chieftain with hangers-on. |
My PCs are heading into the southern jungles of our
gaming world, so I bought these and others from the Foundry to represent the
locals. They were painted in something of a rush, so that they would be ready
for when the characters arrived in the city on the edge of the Mhorannese
version of the Dark Continent.... |
